The prices of the products are those mentioned on www.naigemz.com, typographical errors excluded. The shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated based on the customer’s delivery address.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE E.U. : Our prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, VAT (Value Added Taxes), or any other fees that might be charged by a destination country outside of the E.U., all of which are the responsibility of the client. All costs incurred on a refused delivery based on the above mentioned costs and fees are the responsibility of the client. Please inform with the customs of your country regarding possible import costs and fees before placing your order.


NAÏ attempts to display all of its products & colours as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the colours represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. All of our items are handmade and therefore they may come with minor flaws or variations in natural materials like feathers, leathers or stones (or natural ageing where vintage materials are used); ensuring that your item is special and unique! Please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.

Although we try to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our website, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.


Our guarantee only covers defects in workmanship (6 months after delivery date). Fault or damages due to improper use, handling or wear caused by normal use of the items are therefore excluded from this guarantee. In the case that fault or breakage occurs within 6 months, we gladly offer the option of repair or exchange. Please follow the instructions in this link written underneath the ¨FAULTY ITEMS¨.

We will only ask for and use relevant personal information as necessary. We actively seek to comply with Spain´s privacy laws to ensure that our privacy policy continually meets all legal requirements in order to maintain and honour your privacy.


NAÏ has provided the information on the website as accurately as possible. We will take all reasonable care – in so far as it is in our power to do so – to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

No use of these may be made without prior written consent. We understand however that our images may be used on personal blogs or social media as long as credit is given to NAÏ with a link to our website.
