We ship to almost all countries in the world. All designs are handmade to order, therefore please allow us 5-7 calendar days to ship your order.
As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you a shipping confirmation including your tracking number. If your order has not been delivered within 7 days after the receipt of this confirmation (unless specified otherwise), please contact us at email@example.com including your customer details and order number.
The shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated based on the customer’s delivery address. We apply the below shipping costs:

• Shipping Spain & Portugal € 5
• Shipping other countries within Europe € 8
• Shipping worldwide € 14

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PACKAGE WHEN ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY
Your package will be send with tracked regular post. Please make sure at the time of delivery that the package is not externally damaged. If it is damaged then please check within the following 24 hours that the item itself is not damaged. If your product(s) is visibly damaged, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after the delivery so that we can claim the damages with the transport agency. Past these 24 hours, NAÏ will not be held responsible for damages caused during transportation of the item(s).
The shipment of international orders may have a delivery period of 2-3 weeks depending on the destination country. For more information about the delivery period to your specific destination country, please do not hesitate to contact us.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR CUSTOMERS OUSIDE OF THE E.U.
Our prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, VAT (Value Added Taxes), or any other fees that might be charged by a destination country outside of the E.U., all of which are the responsibility of the client. All costs incurred on a refused delivery based on the above mentioned costs and fees are the responsibility of the client. Please inform with the customs of your country regarding possible import costs and fees before placing your order.
